Retaliated against or discriminatory?

I was terminated ironically before I could have an "open door" meeting with upper management concerning 3 employees who were working off the clock, having kids 10 or younger working in store, stealing merchandise & making racial comments. These 3 collaborated wrote false statements & without warning, a lie cost me my job & 40 hrs vacation, although there is nothing in the hiring packet or employees handbook that states it would not be paid out upon leaving company. What if any recourse do I have to finish what I started (bringing grievances forward) before my wrongful termination & pay out on vacation hours.
