Reporting issues to management
Is it lawful for my boss to send me home from work when she had already left from work and was not available for me to report the issue to?. So I reported the issue to another manager of a temporary staffing agency that the person causing the issue came from because environment was hostile. My boss sent me home for the day for telling it and not waiting until she came in the following day to report it to her. I have also reported other issues to my manager and they have not been addressed. Is this fair or lawful?
