Relocation Contract with no specified date for repayment? Term negotiable?

I know I have to repay and am willing to repay, but don't have the cash on hand to pay off. Since date for repayment is not specified, are the repayment terms negotiable?

Contract term

"Your Acceptance of this offer also serves as your agreement to repay a portion of the relocation assistance if you voluntarily resign or terminated by the company for "Cause" as such term is defined in your offer letter. The amount to be repaid shall be the total dollar amount of the relocation expenses reduced by 1/730th for each day in which you are employed by the company"
