Put My two weeks in and two days latter was let go because of bullying and cant get my PTO

I work in WI as a Advanced Maintenance Tech, I put my two weeks in and I understand that you have to work the full two weeks to get paid your PTO but I stated that I can only work one of the two do to family health issues which they knew about and wanted to take that week to help my family out before moving on to a new job, with in two days of handing in my two weeks I was escorted outside and let go. They told me they accept my resignation and are going to let me go now do to bullying, they stated that a person has complained about me not talking with them and they say that is a form of bullying and this is the first that I have been told about it and did not know who they were talking about nor have ever been talked to about not talking with someone, they also stated that I will not get my PTO cause I did not work my full two weeks and wanted me to sign something that I would not sign. I understand that I was not going to work my full two weeks but SINCE they accepted my two weeks do to bullying and escorted me out with no other prof of bullying and have not sent me my file do they now have to pay me my PTO? I have e mailed them explaining how I feel about this and have not heard back.

I have always been a good worker and a great asset to this employer with no problems in the four years I have worked there.
