Performance Improvement plan not being followed by employer

I was written up in early January. I was given until 2/28 to complete the "new performance plan" During my write up they informed me that I would no longer be a payable processor. However, when the following week came up I asked to be trained as per my write up and was told to go ahead and continue processing payables. I have continually asked for the training that was promised and was told that I was needed to continue processing payables. I'm worried that this will reflect negatively on me when we meet again on 2/28. Do I have any recourse?
