Harrassment A/K/A Mobbing Issue

I recently brought a list of harrassment allegations to the HR department at my place of employ. The document contained dates and reports of specific incidents that have occurred and it included 3 of my management members. In response I was called into the HR Reps office 2 weeks later by my supervisor who, I might add, was one of the people listed as harrassing me, and received a letter putting me on a Performance Improvement Plan for 60 days and I was informed not to talk to anyone or else. I believe this is in direct retaliation to my report as not a single co-worker was interviewed for the investigation and many of them will attest to the harrassment that has been going on. What do I do?
