Owed Spiff payment after termination?

While employed, my former company ran a spiff designed to encourage sales of a particular product. I participated, sold a lot and was due a fair amount. This amount was promised to be paid repeatedly, but was delayed and then I got fired. Recently, they just paid it out but I got nothing. Am I owed that or can they keep it?

Spiff Payment

It would appear that you are entitled to payment, unless you had an enforceable written employment or commission agreement or the employer had a written policy on spiffs that state otherwise.
