On August 2016, I received a pip plan on my hired date of 8/22/2016, I received a pip plan but was never told I was not getting my review. Therefore I just shut up and waited up until August 2017 to ask for my 2017 review. I was getting the BS run around.

On August 2016 I received a pip plan. I never received my annual review. Moving forward I asked the first week of August was I getting my review for August 2017, I got the answer. On October 11th I received my review. On October 26th I received a signed employee action form with my increase which was signed by the Boston who is the owner. Since October 26th I have not yet seen my increase. When I asked when am I going
To get my increase I get the BS excuse. I emaile the VP and the HR I have yet gotten any reply. I feel like I am being told a BS story. Now the company stop retro pay period. Please help and thank you.
