Non-compete in force, former employee uses information to better new employer.

Employee signa a non-compete, leaves the company and is hired by our competitor. What reasonable expectation can we have to restrict contact with customers, equipment and sales in the intermountain region?
Should the court be contacted?
Thank you.

Noncompete Agreement

The employee may be restricted by the noncompete agreement. It depends on what business you are in and what they do. I would need to see the agreement. Call me - Bob Wilde 801-255-4774
