My supervisor at a hospital thought it was funny when a receptionist asked me to sleep with her in front of others. I told him to stop several times. He went along with other employees. Recently he brought a female to an area that was closed in the hospit

The supervisor has been at the hospital for a long time and is intimidating. When he found out I saw his rendevous he immediately filed harrassment against me for unrelated incident with no complaint. While on probation, this supervisor tackled me and a patient I was restraining, smashing my knee against a brick wall. He then placed his right forearm under the patients kneck and choked him until he went unconscience. I was on probation at the time and was forced to write a report praising the supervisor.
