My position was eliminated and I received 3 months of severance pay. Am I entitled to a final paycheck ( for the 1st 2 weeks)?
I worked for this company for 6 1/2 years. I worked full time until 11/17 at which time I moved to a part time position. In 9/18 I was informed my position was being eliminated but I’d receive 3 months severance, which I did. Am I entitled to a final paycheck for the initial 2 weeks from 2012?
