Question is a little difficult to follow. If you have a severance agreement, the agreement itself should identify how much cooperation you are to provide. If it is unclear or ambiguous, you could run the risk of being considered in breach of the agreement. I recommend you reach out to someone to discuss this in greater detail so as to get some better guidance.
