My job has terminated a division in my company, they are getting rid of everyone with a certain title except 1 person, is there anything wrong with that?
They said they are getting rid of everyone with a T3 title but they did not give a termination notice to one individual with a T3 title, is that unfair or bias?

Depending on the size of the lay off you may be entitled to some notice, but other than notice, you have no other rights. Hope this helps.
