My employer thought I was on drunk or stoned all because I cut bread to thin.

He then proceeded to tell me to go home for the second time. And to shut the fuck up. Not once did he ever drug test me. I was working doing my thing everytime he asked me to leave. There is no HR at this restaurant .its a small business where I haven't been able to cash my check in the past 3 pay periods I'm assuming no money in the account. Is there any way I can get compensation for emotional distress the humility of my executive chef and employees tarnishing my reputation by telling other employers. And now I have to look for a new job that hopefully does a drug test. And the best part of is that i was not on drugs. I have Bill's to pay rent is due on the 1st groceries and I dont have too much in savings. Im stressed and dont know what to do. thank you.
