My employer has a bonus plan for all Union , non Union employees excluding the 2 physicians working full time, employer told physicians that bonus were only for Union employees, as managerial they were not eligible . The 2 doctors have learned from reliable sources that all managerial have been receiving year end bonus since 2009. They have been lied to and excluded without any option to negotiate salary with bonuses. Confronted employer, want to sweep matter under the rug . Want legal representation for my retroactive share of bonus.
