My employer is requesting a 3rd opinion but keep saying that any doctor we have a referral to or if we get seen by constitues as a established relationship , is this legal can they really reject these doctors for the 3rd opinion
I'm having a issue with my employer saying that to obtain a 3rd opinion for FMLA , that we can't use a referral or be seen by a doctor because this makes it a established relationship , we can't find a doctor to do a 3rd opinion without being seen nor referred to first , is this legal for the employer to do this under this saying
