My employer (HR person) stated to my supervisor and others in an email that I had been medically released from my doctor - that all medical limitations had been removed when in fact my doctor had never released me from my restrictions. The email caused me

I teach at a college in south texas - the dean wanted to transfer me from one campus to another without reason to do so. I live close to the campus I was being transferred from - and - 25 miles from the campus I was being transferred to. My doctor had medically restricted my driving to 15 miles from my home - the HR person stated in an email to the dean and my chair of department that she had received a medical release - all restrictions had been lifted, and I could drive. I was transferred office and all classes within 24 hours of this email - however, my doctor never released me or removed her restrictions on driving. I was moved and now have to drive everyday - the HR person stated " as for driving restrictions that I could take the bus, and here is the bus schedule" it isn't the driving - it is the sitting that my doctor doesn't want me to do for long periods as I have had 4 spinal surgeries with a possible 5th one happening soon. My doctor filled out FMLA forms with restrictions, filled out her restrictions on her letterhead etc...I knew that she had not released me medically when the email was sent as I had not even talked to her - and NO doctor is going to release a patient without speaking to them first..and of course she didn't release me at all. SO, HR lied and I want to know what I can do about this situation.
