Daughter is working for a home healthcare agency who is treated her awful from the start she has been working with one family since the end of January 60 hours a week with no relief from the company the family has daughters home for the summer to take care of the mother so your husband ask the company if my daughter would have work while they were taking a break from the company and the company said yes she would definitely have work but it's been two months they have not contacted her and she signed it do not compete clause which the company kept enforcing where is the person she was working for her because the people she's working for love her and want her and want her to continue working for that how can they hold her hostage and I do not compete clause when she has no income coming in for the last two months with this not be grounds for them to have to let her out of that contract and that the customer can choose who he wants he signed no contract healthcare customer should be able to pick who they want to care for their loved ones would she be in trouble
