My colleagues and I have worked with the Lee County School district I have been with the district 12 years, my other colleagues have over 20 years experiences and no of us has been remanded or written up. Every one of us have been effective teachers and have never received any needs of improvement. Earlier this year due to unsanitary conditions, leave not being approved, harassment for an administrator and creating a hostile work environment even though the TALC contract says otherwise. it was suggested that we all meet with the Human Resources for a round table. We have contacted TALC and they keep telling us I DO KNOW The meeting was useless after the meeting the admin started to harass every employee that was at the round table. There were 6 at the round table and five of us have been threatened that we were being moved or being forced to apply for jobs out of our certification area. The admin is going around making comments to other employees of how it was going to cost us. He has told a former sub that he deliberately got rid of all the jobs. We have filed formal grievances against the admin which have gone nowhere. There has been a professional and ethics complaint filed with the school but has not gone anywhere. Can you help us?
