My boss is consistly making fun of weight and always making jokes about africian american people?
my boss is consistly making fun of my weight he has even went as far as putting on the schedule BB which means BIG BASIC! I am hurt by this but stuck in a situation where i cannot afford to leave my job cause i am an single mother with 2 kids. He makes racial slurs all the time about african american people and i have even seen him turn down someone cause they where black for employment and turn around and hire a white female. This is hurtful cause i have 2 biracial children and i would hope that someone will not treat them that way if they were to apply for a job! Please help me dont know a way out!!! But cant take much more!
