Must I pay back relocation expenses after being laid off
I have a relocation agreement that I must pay back the expenses if I leave employment. My employer has made me take 2 weeks mandatory unpaid leave. The terms of the contract state that they must offer me continued employment. Is the unpaid leave a breach of contract? I would like to move on under these conditions before my year anniversary.
