Mandatory use of a company-sponsored program

Hello, Mel-

I am a W-2'd, 100% commissioned employee. My employer has an agreement with an outside vendor and we are required to pay for and use their services. Since this was a mandatory, non-negotiable requirement, we had to sign an authorization from to allow a pre-tax deduction from our pay, if we wanted to stay employed. I want to be allowed to withdraw from the agreement, but I was told that it is an executive initiative and I am not allowed out.
Does this sound legitimate to you?
