Mandatory Meetings
To whom it may concern:
I am a hotel manager. I would like to have a Mandatory meeting for all employees. Is this legal?

as long as you pay them for it, yes. that includes overtime where appropriate.
seriously, this is a question you should be directing to your employer's attorneys. you can get them into a heap of trouble if you don't do these things correctly.
