Can my employer write me up, or fire me for not doing mandatory overtime?
My employer is making it mandatory to work three Saturdays a month, a long with 5, 10 hr days. Can they write me up, take my PTO or fire me for not showing up on mandatory overtime on Saturdays? Because that is what my employer is threatening us with.
