Hi. A Dallas, TX area Client ended business with a contracting company A, who in turn terminated my contract with them (contracting company A). The Client hired a contracting company B, who is trying to offer me to join them (contracting company B) to work for the same Client. I'm not privy to intellectual property, special training or confidential information from contracting company A. I received an email from contracting company A on the last day that they will take legal action if i join contracting company B. Is this fair? Did i breach the non-compete agreement of contracting company A?
