pregnancy discrimination

Sounds like you need to follow the chain of command to complain. The fact that they are treating other women who are pregnant with sensitivity makes this sound like other factors may be relevant. Is there a personality clash? That is why I would suggest that you talk with management. However, if you think your pregnancy is the source of your being treated differently, then you can call the EEOC at 919.856.4064 in Raleigh. They are the federal agency to receive complaints of pregnancy discrimination.
