Is there anything I can legally do to get my job back??
I've missed several days of work due to my children being sick, (2 surgeries and sone terrible accidents) and I've been summons to court multiple times, I also was granted custody of a foster child which I had to appear in court over. I was let go, even though I have all of the documents that state where I was. I've been at this job 4 years, and there is over 100 employees. Is this legal? No medical leave was offered to me at all.
