Is there anything I can do if my signature was forged on a DISA release and consent for drug tests

To join DISA takes an informed decision based on being given the program regulations to read prior to signing. This is stated on the consent form. I never had that opportunity. The signature was forged by the contract employer, and given to DISA. I have documented proof I was in a different state 1000 miles away at the same date and time it was signed and a forgery expert has examined and is willing to testify it's a forgery. additionally, in violation of HIPAA related releases, this has no expiration date or event.
