Is there any claim for harassment in this case?

A supervisor 'accidentally' records a disparaging conversation with her immediate supervisor about a subordinate employee. The supervisor then accidentally sends the recorded conversation to the employee, who hears it. The subordinate employee is so disturbed by the recorded conversation that she then looks for another job because she feels that she will just get fired at some point - even though she is a good worker. Is there any claim for harassment in this case?
