So Few Rights

I have yet to hear or think of any provision in the US Constitution that we could use to make the argument you raise. And, even though Texans have constitutional rights under the Texas Constitution, we do not have the right (according to the Republican-dominated Texas Supreme Court -- 100%) to sue in court to enforce those rights.

An employer can act through any number of people. As long as the person has the authority to fire you, you're fired. It could be the President, or the CEO, or whomever the company has given the power to make these decisions.
