Is it illegal for the owner of a company to not pay employees there overtime, just base pay because they are on vacation at there second home. They state that it will be added to there next payroll check. Which in turn gets added to the overtime for the current payroll. Aside from the fact that some live paycheck to paycheck and count on the extra for that particular payweek.
