Is it harassment?
I am 5 month pregnant. I informed my boss and he wants to share the information with all of office workers. Additionally, he is forcing me to announce my group coworker about my pregnant. I don't want to share my personal information with my coworker and I am very uncomfortable him to push me.
I wonder if it's considering harassment. I thought HR and managers need to keep confidential for personal information. I would appreciate if you can help me.
