Is it discrimination if a white male received a promotion with no experience for the same job that I have 20 years as a black female experience. And the job description stated only a certain class could apply and this white male did not fit that class?
I have applied for a position twice that is in the same classification as the current position I'm in in a different County with the same company. A white male has gotten the position. I am a black female with 10 plus years exp. The white male had no experience and was not in the classification as stated on the job specifications.
