In my termination letter, the reasons given for my termination are completely bogus. They said I had no experience with certain tasks that I can prove I’ve done for the last two years in a previous job. Do I have grounds for wrongful termination?
My employer is on contract with the Air Force. I was on the job one full week when let go. The reason for the termination is not enough experience for the job. But the examples included in the letter are easily disproven as I have done them for two years in another job.
