In Texas...can they not hire you because of a previous injury?
In Texas....my 17 year old is searching for a job. She applied at a fast food place and she was told they couldn't hire her because she discloses she has a herniated disc in her back. The manager even told this to my daughters friend as well when the friend asked why my daughter wasn't hired. Can they do this?
