I was injured on the job and now are getting ready to return to work, I am concerned that my manager might try to fire me because of my injury. Is this legal? All the doctors I have been to confirm the injury as do MRI's, EKG's. If it happens, what recourse do I have?

In Texas it is illegal to terminate or otherwise retaliate against an employee for his or her filing or pursuing of a workers compensation claim. Should this occur, you should contact an employment lawyer immediately.
