If my workplace broke policy and procedure on an investigation do I have a case against them?

I have had a sexual harrasment complaint filed against me. I have done nothing wrong in this case, but they are doing and investigation. In policy and procedure they are to do this confidential, but I was notified by a coworker or the complaint and who it was the day before I was notified by my employer. I have had several people call to ask me what was going on since the investigation started. Is there anything I can do about this?
