If an employee volunteers to go from supervisor back to regular employee, and I am paying her supervisor wages, can I lower her pay to employee wages?
My supervisor recently got sick, she stated today she wants to step down to just an employee too much stress. I will have to hire a new super. I told her I will also have to lower her pay back to where she was before she became a supervisor. Is this legal?
