If a position is eliminated due to an organization restructure, can the company post the position again and not re-hired you?.
My position was eliminated as a result of an organization restructure. The HR Director told me that I would be eligible to apply for other positions. Two years later they create the position again, I applied and now told that I am not eligible to be re-hired.
