If a male supervisor tells a female employee to

I am a union employee and the equipment I was issued to drive was not working. I notified my immediate supervisor and told him about the issue and that the maintanance dept told me there wasn't any other equip available. I also notified him as to where I would be waiting until the equipment was fixed. After a period of time the male supervisor came into the room where I was with 3 other co-workers and in a very disrespectful way told me the machinery was fixed and that I needed "to get my butt back to work". I reported it to my union official and in the meeting the supervisor denied he ever said those words. I am a female worker. By belittling me and embarrassing me by what he stated, is this sexual harassment or creating a hostile environment? He has made it so I do not even want to go to work - I am dreading it. Thank you for your response.
