Do I file a complaint with EEOC? I feel that I am being harassed and discriminated against. What is my recourse?

Is it a federal or state civil service job? It doesn't appear that there has been an adverse action taken against you. Is there some type of discrimination being raised, i.e., sex, age, race, or retaliation?
EEOC will not be able to help if you can't trigger one of these complaints.
