IN MY COMPANY WE HAVE A POINT SYSTEM AND IS IT LEGAL TO FIRE SOMEONE FOR BEING LATE AFTER THE REGULAR 40 HOURS THEY GIVES US POINTS IN THE OVERTIME AS WELL IS THIS CORRECT?
