IN MY COMPANY WE HAVE A POINT SYSTEM AND IS IT LEGAL TO FIRE SOMEONE FOR BEING LATE AFTER THE REGULAR 40 HOURS THEY GIVES US POINTS IN THE OVERTIME AS WELL IS THIS CORRECT?
can an employee get fired on the point system for being late after completing the 40 hrs?
