I worked for Geico for the past 8 years as a top performing field claims adjuster. Myself as well as others in the 5 person unit we worked were bullied and mistreated by our immediate supervisor. We were told to not report overtime as it had a negative impact on our performance based numbers. We were made to underpay claims and treat customers in an unethical manner. Our supervisor bullied us and often made lewd and sexual comments about our wives. We reported him in 2009 and he was disciplined and then allowed to return and became worse than ever. Supervisor was recently terminated for sexual misconduct and company acknowledged they had a substantial file of allegations and complaints against him. We need to find appropriate law firm that is willing to take on this monster!
