I work for a Texas non profit, my resignation date is for Dec. 14, but they do not want to pay me holiday hours I thought I had earned the whole year. Can they do that?
I work for a Texas non profit, my resignation date is for Dec. 14, but they do not want to pay me holiday hours I thought I had earned the whole year. 7year employee earned me 13 monthly holiday hrs. Can they do that?
