I work at a company that handles sewage and mold mitigation, is hazard pay required?

I work at a water mitigation company that deals with sewage losses and mold mitigation. I used to get double pay for handling these hazardous materials at a competing company. Now, even though they charge double to the customer I get just my normal hourly wage. I am just wondering if they legally are required to provide bonus pay for handling materials that could potentially cause me severe health problems. This company violates a great many things but with the current job situation in the country I cant afford to quit, do I have any recourse?
