I went to a staffing place to get a job at belk distribution center and I pasted the drug test and started work. After being there 3 days my lead and supervisor pulled me to the side and told me they liked how I worked and asked me have I ever been a lead before (answer was no) they asked would I be interested in the position and I took it.. well I started training for lead and they told me that after I put in my hours they was going to hire me on through the plant . Well after almost completeing my 2nd week working there the staffing place I went through called me on my way to work and told me that I couldn't come in cause of my background and told me not to tell nobody that's the reason I couldn't come in to say I found another job? I have charges on the same date in 2011 and haven't been in no other trouble since then .. and also I got laid off on a Thursday ok was suppose to get my check deposit on my pay card on Friday cause I had already worked a week in the whole. Is there anything I can do ab what happens to me.. I'm a single mother of 2.. I really needed that job and was excited of training for lead position .
