I was wrongfully terminated/retalition. Wistleblower

I had 5years left to retire with a full pension and medical. Could have retired at 52 to 53, due to the companies actions I would have to wait until I'm 63 to collect my pension. I feel the company stole that early retirement from me I would like them to pay my last 5 years of my pension so I can get the early retirement I deserve. Or at least pay what my pension would be for the 10 to 11 years I would have to wait. What your thoughts. Just so you know the first time my union contacted the company, company asked if I would consider a settlement.
