charge and retaliation

first off i was put off work in Nov of 2003until i got an update from my dr. on some restrictions that i have been working with for 2 1/2 years. I was off for 3 1/2 weeks with no pay. I filed a charge with the eeoc. I went back to work in Dec. 2003. The right to sue letter was received in Jan. After the company i work for received this I was told that by the manager that he has been watching me and that there had been mistakes in my area of work. I asked for proof and he said he didn't know what I was talking about. I explained to him why there should be proof. He didn't want to argue about the proof that was supposed to be there.
then he brought up the fact that I had been coming in late from breaks. (This I also have proof of is false) Then he brought up that I had been leaving my area to much. In my job you have to pick up labels and staple goods to ship out so it only makes sense you have to leave the area occasionally. I just filed a retaliation charge with the eeoc. I received a written warning with the specifics that next will be termination. Is this retaliation and do I have a case to contact an attorney with?

Retalition?

You have too many facts and too many questions are raised to make an accurate assessment. You need to call an attorney so there can be an actual discussion. Disability cases are both hard to win and highly fact-sensitive.
