I was written up for telling my supervisor that a duty was not mine, and I sid it in front of her supervisor. So I wrote to HR about the task they handed to me, Now a few weeks later I am written again for which I believ is wrong. But the incient from the

I had to falsely date information on medical record so that they can be officially closed. The MHP that is responsible for doing so has to follow a 3 step process to close the cases. Since they didn't I had to do it. I stated to my supervisor that its not in my job description and that the therapist should be doing them. SO i got a writeup for that. So I went and emailed HR about the situation.

I was hired for a 8:30-5 job and it was changed to 9:30-6. We we never told that we have to stay past our schedule. 6 pm came I began closing up but a therapist never cam out with her patients. She complained and I got a write of for performance and behavioral standard.. IN a meeting with the director she went to the day I emailed the HR.

I am thinking that she is upset that I wrote to HR
