I was terminated for harassment without any investigation and now the employer knows it was false. Is there anything I can do?
I was fired for apparent harassment and come to find out the person who made the false claims was wanting my job. I was not given a investigation. Now the employer has fired the ones who made the false claims and knows they were false is there anything I can do?
